Karin Palle
Managing Partner
Karin brings her 20 years of vast hands on experience to her work to inspire business owners to create strategic plans for growth. Being a respected business woman in the greater Salt Lake City area, Karin has a myriad of connections, and uses her connections to support her clients in their endeavors.
Karin brings a passion to her work like no one else, and commits herself to her clients by providing entrepreneurs resources, guidance and new ways of thinking about opportunity to develop strategies and implement an action plan to grow and develop strategic business partnerships.
Throughout her career Karin has earned a host of awards presented to her including the Rising Star Award presented by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and Woman of the Year presented by Women’s Networking Group.
Graduating from the University of Utah – David Eccles School of Business with her MBA, Karin began working in the Marketing field. Working as a marketing director, general manager and co-founding her own business, Karin strived for greatness.
Karin found a new passion on her journey in consulting, teaching, and advising. Karin’s most recent roles have included National Lead Business Advisor for Goldman Sachs 10,000 small Businesses Blended Program, Growth and Strategic Operations Director for Prestman Auto and Image Studios 360, and Interim Director, Center of Entrepreneurship at Westminster college.

Amir Haskic
Managing Partner
Amir brings a unique perspective to business management and growth with over 15 years of business and green energy solutions expertise. He is well versed in both commercial and residential real-estate, mortgages and project management. As a leader in the green movement in the greater Salt Lake City Area, Amir excels in solutions that are not only practical but sustainable. As a senior Mortgage Consultant at Synergy One Lending and an Associate Broker for Realtypath, Amir’s connections in commercial real-estate enable him to consult on opportunities for growth that involve expansion and reorganization of a businesses physical assets.
Amir has built and managed several successful businesses and non-profit organizations since immigrating to the United States in 1998. Amir brought his business sense to one of the largest Jewish Community Centers in Florida and successfully managed several facilities and event operations. He then created a successful construction company from the ground up showing profit in each of the six years of operation.
Amir’s passion for life and business has been proven by his many accomplishments including creating the first Team Handball Association in Utah which became the National Governing body for the United States (USA Team Handball).
Amir continues his involvement in many professional and community activities in the greater Salt Lake City area. Amir sits on the board of the Utah Association of Realtors, Salt Lake Board of Realtors, Beacon Heights School, US Green Build Council and has been active with the Vest Pocket Business Coalition and the American Team Handball Academy.
As a Sustainability Expert, Amir looks for opportunities for businesses to create greener solutions for both businesses and homes. Amir specializes in project management both both supervising construction projects and ensuring you maximize your physical space to meet your growth potential.
